As our products are perishable, all treat sales are final. fetch! Gourmet Dog Treats, LLC will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

Gourmet Dog Treats, LLC is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undelivered as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control.

To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand.

Sizing Exchange
We are unable to accept or process any returns due to size issues or second thoughts. Please use the sizing charts provided to help ensure accuracy when ordering.

Product Issue
If you receive the wrong product, wrong size or bad graphic just send us a picture of what you received for quality control purposes and teelaunch can offer a refund or replacement once the issue is deemed their fault.

You have up to 30 days after the shipped date to make a claim.

What we need to make a replacement order:

  1. Your name and email.
  2. Your order number
  3. Picture of wrong/damaged item.
  4. Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.

Once we send this to teelaunch they will print a replacement product and send it right out!
